ダンスを全くしたことがない方でも、基礎から On2サルサ を学んでいただけますので、どなたでも安心してご参加ください。
■ 19:00〜 On2 初級 / 初中級レッスン
19:00からのクラスは、全くの初心者から中級レベルの方まで 受講可能です。
高度なリード＆フォローテクニックから、初めての方には やさしく分かりやすい内容 まで幅広く指導します。
初参加の方には、19:00からのレッスン参加を強くおすすめします。
■ 20:00〜 On2 初中級 / 中級レッスン
20:00からのクラスは、初中級〜中級レベルの方向け です。
初中級の方はアシスタントインストラクターが担当し、
中級レベルの方は Mitsue が直接指導します。
初めて Mitsueのクラス に参加される中級者の方は、
他のインストラクターと ベーシックの踏み方や指導メソッドが異なる場合 があるため、
まずは19:00からのレッスンへの参加をおすすめします。
■ 21:00〜 DJタイム
21:00からは、サルサ中心の DJタイム をお楽しみいただけます。
練習したり、飲んだり、踊ったり、リラックスして自由に過ごせる時間です。
DJタイムからの参加も大歓迎 です。
サルサが好きな方、踊りたい方は、ぜひ気軽に遊びに来てくださいね！

This is an open On2 Salsa class held every Wednesday.
Even if you have never danced before, you are very welcome to join and learn On2 Salsa from the basics.
7:00 PM Class On2 Salsa Beginner / Upper-Beginner
The 7:00 PM class is open to complete beginners through intermediate-level dancers.
We cover everything from advanced lead & follow techniques to simple and gentle instruction for first-time dancers.
For those joining for the first time, we highly recommend starting with the 7:00 PM class.
8:00 PM Class On2 Salsa Upper-Beginner / Intermediate
The 8:00 PM class is for upper-beginner to intermediate-level dancers.
Upper-beginner dancers will be guided by an assistant instructor, while intermediate dancers will be taught by Mitsue.
Even if you are an intermediate dancer attending Mitsue’s class for the first time,
please note that the basic steps and teaching methods may differ from other instructors.
Therefore, we recommend that you join the 7:00 PM class first.
9:00 PM DJ Time
From 9:00 PM, enjoy a Salsa-focused DJ time where you can practice, have a drink, dance, and relax.
Joining from DJ time only is also more than welcome.
If you love dancing Salsa, please feel free to come by and enjoy the night with us!

This is a Cuban Salsa lesson and party held on the second Saturday of every month.
Even if you have never danced before, you can learn Cuban Salsa from the basics, so everyone is welcome to join with confidence.
■ 6:30 PM – Cuban Salsa Beginner Lesson
This class is open to complete beginners through intermediate-level dancers.
We cover a wide range of content, from advanced lead & follow techniques and styling to gentle and easy-to-understand instruction for first-time dancers.
For first-time participants, we strongly recommend joining the 6:30 PM class.
■ 7:30 PM – Cuban Salsa Upper-Beginner / Intermediate Lesson
This class is designed for upper-beginner to intermediate-level dancers.
After practicing isolation techniques, which are essential in Cuban dance:

Upper-beginner dancers will be guided by an assistant instructor.

Intermediate dancers will be taught directly by Mitsue.
If you are an intermediate dancer joining Mitsue’s class for the first time,
please note that basic steps and teaching methods may differ from those of other instructors.
For this reason, we recommend that you attend the earlier lesson first.
■ 8:30 PM – DJ Time
From 8:30 PM, enjoy a Salsa-focused DJ time.
You can practice, have a drink, dance, relax, and enjoy the evening freely.
Joining from DJ time only is also more than welcome.

こちらのパーティーではたまにパフォーマンスもございます。
Studio Pepeでのイベントはレベルが高くて敷居が高いとよく言われますが、MITSALSAのパーティーは初心者の方から上級者の方が楽しく踊られていますのでご安心し遊びにいらして下さい。
■ 18:30〜 On2オールレベルレッスン
全くの初心者から初中級レベルの方まで 受講が可能です。
初中級と初級とレベルを分け、初中級では高度なペアとスタイリングをMitsueが指導していきます。初めての方には やさしく分かりやすい内容をアシスタントが指導していきます。
■ 19:30〜 バチャータオールレベルレッスン
全くの初心者から初中級レベルの方まで 受講が可能です。
センシュアルバチャータで大事なアイソレーションを練習した後
初中級と初級とレベルを分け、
初級の方はアシスタントインストラクターが担当し、
初中級レベルの方は Mitsue が直接指導します。
またセンシュアルバチャータを踊るのが初めての方は初級の方をお薦めします。
■ 20:30〜 DJタイム
20:30からは、サルサが多めですが、バチャータも沢山かかるDJタイム をお楽しみいただけます。
練習したり、飲んだり、踊ったり、リラックスして自由に過ごせる時間です。
DJタイムからの参加も大歓迎 です。
またこちらのイベントはジャンル問わず、On1ダンサーやOn2ダンサーや、キューバンダンサーやバチャータダンサーが来られるパーティーとなります。様々な方と踊りたい方、飲みたい方はぜひ気軽に遊びに来てくださいね！

This is a monthly party held on the third Saturday of each month, featuring On2 Salsa and Bachata lessons.
There are also occasional performances at this party.
Studio Pepe events are often known for having a high level and may feel intimidating,
but MITSALSA parties are enjoyed by dancers of all levels, from beginners to advanced dancers.
Please feel free to join us and have fun with confidence.
■ 6:30 PM – On2 Salsa All-Level Lesson
This class is open to complete beginners through upper-beginner level dancers.
The class will be divided by level:

Upper-beginner dancers will learn advanced partner work and styling, taught by Mitsue.

Beginner dancers will receive gentle and easy-to-follow instruction from an assistant instructor.
■ 7:30 PM – Bachata All-Level Lesson
This class is open to complete beginners through upper-beginner level dancers.
After practicing isolation techniques, which are essential in Sensual Bachata,
the class will be divided by level:

Beginner dancers will be guided by an assistant instructor.

Upper-beginner dancers will be taught directly by Mitsue.
If you are new to Sensual Bachata, we recommend joining the beginner group.
■ 8:30 PM – DJ Time
From 8:30 PM, enjoy a DJ time with plenty of Salsa and lots of Bachata as well.
You can practice, have a drink, dance, relax, and enjoy the party at your own pace.
Joining from DJ time only is also more than welcome.
This party is open to dancers of all styles and backgrounds, including
On1 dancers, On2 dancers, Cuban dancers, and Bachata dancers.
If you would like to dance with many different people, enjoy music, or have a drink,
please feel free to come by and have a great time with us!

リード＆フォローを大事にするMitsueが細かい体の動かし方から丁寧に
リードの仕方とフォローの仕方を教えていきます。
■ 18:30〜 バチャータ初級レッスン
初心者から初中級レベルの方まで 受講可能です。
アイソレーションをしっかりと教えていき、リード＆フォロー重視で指導していきます。
出来る方にはもっと細かいスタイリングを指導し、初めての方には やさしく分かりやすい簡単なペアワークを教えていきます。
■ 19:30〜 バチャータ初中級レッスン
初中級〜中級レベルの方向け です。
アイソレーションを練習した後
初級の方はアシスタントインストラクターが担当し、
初中級〜中級レベルの方は Mitsue が直接指導します。
センシュアルバチャータがまだ全然よく分からない方は、アシスタント側をお薦め致します。

20:30からは、Bachata中心の DJタイム をお楽しみいただけます。
サルサもたまにかかりますので、サルサが得意な方はここぞとばかり
踊って下さい。
練習したり、飲んだり、踊ったり、リラックスして自由に過ごせる時間です。
DJタイムからの参加も大歓迎 です。
バチャータで分からない事がありましたら、いつでもDjタイムの時にMitsue、もしくは
アシスタントに聞いて下さいね。

This is the only MITSALSA Bachata event, held on the fourth Sunday of every month.
Mitsue, who places great importance on lead & follow, will carefully teach everything from detailed body movements to proper leading and following techniques.
■ 6:30 PM – Bachata Beginner Lesson
This class is open to beginners through upper-beginner level dancers.
We will thoroughly practice isolation techniques and focus strongly on lead & follow.
For dancers who are ready, we will introduce more detailed styling,
while first-time dancers will be guided through simple and easy partner work in a gentle and supportive way.
■ 7:30 PM – Bachata Upper-Beginner / Intermediate Lesson
This class is designed for upper-beginner to intermediate-level dancers.
After practicing isolation techniques:

Beginner-level dancers will be guided by an assistant instructor.

Upper-beginner to intermediate dancers will be taught directly by Mitsue.
If you are still not familiar with Sensual Bachata, we recommend joining the assistant-led group.
■ 8:30 PM – DJ Time
From 8:30 PM, enjoy a Bachata-focused DJ time.
Salsa music will also be played occasionally, so Salsa dancers are welcome to enjoy dancing as well.
This is a relaxed time to practice, have a drink, dance, and unwind freely.
Joining from DJ time only is also more than welcome.
If you have any questions about Bachata, feel free to ask Mitsue or the assistant instructors at any time during DJ time.
